Message If you used a credit card ( CC) , call the CC company and tell them you want a Chargeback, they will advise you on how to do it. Many CC's will take your statement over the phone, others require something in writing. Youhave up to 60 days from date of purchase with any card to request a chargeback due to fraud.

AS FOR PAYPAL, if you have a problem, forget calling paypal, go around paypal and call CC company directly. Paypal acts as a middle man and it take forever to get results, by then the 60 day window with CC has passed by.

If you paid with CASH$$$ and you know what city he is located in, look up the local police department using
Google.com and call and file a complaint.

Also, if you mailed a payment using the Postal Service and he defrauded you, then he is guilty of MAIL FRAUD!!!! And the Post Office will do their best to track the scumbag down, they have more resources than local fuzz and the love to fuck over some scumbag, postmen are more feroucious than the IRS.

If mney order and you have the receipt, call or mail the company, the will refund for fraud depending on the company and if the scumbag deposited the check to his bank, he is toast. A paper trail will track him down.

Go to eBay Motors, enter 300Zx in search engine and buy a fender from someone with strong feedback and no history of abuse or go to car-part.com and buy from a parts dealer.
